What is Simply Commute and how does it work?

Simply Commute is a transportation service provider that offers commuters a comfortable, safe, convenient, and environmentally friendly way to travel to work and home. It operates on a membership-based model where commuters pay a periodic fee for the service.

Who can avail this service?

Our service is available to commuters in the cities/routes specified below. To access our services, please register on our website www.simplycommute.com, and purchase an appropriate subscription. Currently, we offer commute services to Westlake, TX Business Park from the following cities:

- Celina, TX
- McKinney, TX (coming soon)
- Prosper, TX (coming soon)
- Frisco, TX (coming soon)

    Is it one-way or two-way service? What are the pickup and drop-off timings and locations?

    This service is designed for your convenience and operates both ways. We will pick you up from a designated ride lot or pickup point and take you directly to your work entrance. In return, we will pick you up from your work entrance and drop you off at a common location. The timings and location details are clearly outlined in your subscription or membership plan, which you can review when purchasing your membership.

    How early should I arrive for the shuttle?

    It’s recommended to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to ensure you don't miss the shuttle. Some services may have multiple stops, so allow extra time for travel.

    What happens if the shuttle is late?

    If the shuttle is delayed, we typically notify passengers. However, delays can occur due to traffic or other factors, so it's important to plan accordingly.

    How can I purchase membership?

    You can purchase a membership online through our website. Signup is required to purchase a membership.

    Our membership provides access to transportation services at competitive rates, with weekly or monthly recurring charges for travel between locations such as home, office, or other destinations.

    How do I sign up for a commute service membership?

    You can usually sign up for a membership on our website, by email, or over the phone. Here are the details:

    Are there different membership tiers?

    There are no membership tiers; however, prices may vary based on factors such as route, pickup location, drop-off location, timing, and distance. 

    Do I need to purchase a membership before commute?

    Yes, before boarding the shuttle, you must have a membership. Please have your Profile ID, which you received upon purchasing the membership. 

    Can I transfer my membership to someone else?

    You can transfer your membership to someone else. Please contact us to update their information in our system. Alternatively, you can make these updates from your commuter dashboard on our website.

    *Note:  Your payment profile cannot be transferred with your membership. Payments will continue to be charged to your account. If you do not want your account to be charged, please request cancellation and have the new member sign up for and purchase a new membership.

    How can I cancel my membership? Is there a cancellation fee?

    You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us, and there is no cancellation fee. Once you request cancellation, we will stop your payment profile and notify you. Please allow up to 2 business days for this process to be completed. Since your membership is for a specific period, you can continue to use the service until the end of that period.

    Are there any restrictions on when I can use my membership?

    Your membership is linked to a specific route and shuttle. It cannot be used for other routes or shuttles. If you wish to change your membership, please contact us.

    How can I update my profile?

    Once registered with us and activated your account, you can visit My Dashboard to update your personal, contact information.

    What happens to my account if I am no longer using services?

    Your account will be closed automatically after 6 months without active membership.
